Within the spreadsheet you’ll find a monthly overview, in which you can note down key dates in your business diary. Let’s say you were launching a new product or service on a specific date. Having this in your social media calendar means you can incorporate this into your social plan. You’ll never miss an important date again.

This is also a great reference point when drawing up your blog content calendar or email promotions.

Within the template there are also calendars for each of your social channels. Within the Twitter tab, for example, you’ll find a daily breakdown where you can plan your publishing and content schedule to a tee. For a planned post you can note down:
